Offline /Blended/ Live/ Instructor-Led Classroom Courses

• Full Refund: If Maven Silicon cancels a training course or batch due to unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be issued to the enrolled candidate.
• No Refund Post Course Commencement: Once the course has commenced, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, except in the case of genuine medical emergencies.
• Such claims must be supported by an official medical certificate issued by a government-authorised medical officer or hospital.

Cancellation & Refunds – Online Training

• Refund Window: You may raise a refund request within 5 calendar days of purchasing the course.
• Eligibility Criteria:
• Refunds will be considered only if all of the following conditions are met
• The refund request is raised within 5 days of course purchase.
• The learner has not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
• The learner has not downloaded any course materials (PDFs, videos, or resources).
• The refund request must be submitted in writing via email to the official Maven Silicon support team.
• Maven Silicon reserves the sole right to evaluate and approve refund requests based on internal policies, platform usage analytics, and user activity.
• Refund requests based on reasons such as change of mind, personal inconvenience, or lack of time to pursue the course will not be considered valid grounds for a refund.
• Any misuse or violation of our platform’s terms may lead to disqualification from the refund eligibility.
